Chesapeake Bay-  Lots of Cobia are being encountered by both sight fishermen and bottom anglers using live and cut bait. Fish are both inside the bay and along the Oceanfront. Jim Miller of Henrico used eels to catch Cobia up to 48″. Chumming is also effective. Some anglers targeting Cobia are coming up with big Red Drum.
